We have developed a full range of LP/MP/IP and HP metering stations with bespoke options to meet your exact requirements.

Range

Diaphragm Meter Modules

  • MP – we have a standard range of 2 bar rated modules for MP270/MP180 pressure for U16 up to U160 diaphragm meters.
  • We also supply bespoke modules for MP105, MP65 and MP35 pressures.
  • IP – 7 bar rated versions are available with the addition of a monitor regulator and a fully welded inlet section (up to the inlet isolation valve).
  • Bespoke versions are also available for upgrades and replacements (for example, non-standard ECV height).

 

 

 

Range

Rotary Meter Modules

  • Available in LP, MP and IP pressures.
  • Available as Single Stream, Twin Stream (working/standby or shared load configuration) and even Triple Stream pressure-regulating scope supplying the meter (a bypass can also be fitted around the meter).
  • For larger modules the meter may be supplied on a separate frame (skid) for ease of transport and installation but the majority are assembled on a single frame.

  • Available in LP, MP and IP pressures.
  • Available as Single Stream, Twin Stream (working/standby or shared load configuration) and even Triple Stream pressure-regulating scope supplying the meter (a bypass can also be fitted around the meter).

We also design and manufacture High Pressure metering stations. These are primarily with turbine meters and ultrasonic meters but can be designed to suit any meter of your choice.

Module kiosks

We can supply and deliver a range of GRP kiosks with options such as roof hatches, safe area boxes and panic doors. Where required, these are manufactured with explosion relief panels (e.g. full roof panel or part roof panel).

Ventilation is a minimum of 3% and satisfies the requirements of IGEM/TD/13, IGEM/GM/8 and GIS:PRS/35.

We work with our partners to coordinate delivery to your site so that the module and kiosk arrive when you need them. Large kiosks will require assembly on site (usually with a mobile crane) and we can arrange this to meet your project deadlines.

For each project/skid meter module we deploy a unique process to control quality from design through production:

  • Detailed specification sheets
  • Production drawings / P & IDs / Weld IDs
  • Frame design
  • Schedules / bills of materials
  • Materials data book and certification
